Fuse block under the hood, but instrument lights aren't on the same circuit as tail lights and they aren't on the TNS.

Check to make sure your dash lite dimmer is not turned down all the way, it may just be your tail lights....stating the obvious, I know.

Dash and tail lights are both switched on by the headlamp switch.  Do the brake lights work?  Have you modified anything electrical?

They are but they are different circuits before and after the switch.

Not modified anything electrical for over a year, brake lights work, tail lights and dash lights don't.

You really need to be more specific on "tail lights". Figure out what circuits are actually not working. You said that the brake lights work. So what doesn't? Reverse lights, turn signals, park lights? If the park lights don't work for the rear, they should also be inop for the front, if it's just a simple fuse problem. Same for the turn signals I believe.

just checked and there is a 30 amp fuse in the fuse block under the hood for tail lights and dash illumination. It's fuse 7 labeled BTN1.

I don't think that fuse affects dash lights.

miatalvr1, It's an EZ Lip.  I had a Track Dog splitter on it before.  The Track Dog looks much better in my opinion, but I bumped into one to many curbs and took it out.  This in soft and very forgiving.

Xio, no suspension mods.  The wheels are 38 offset, if I recall correctly.
